Local inventor to market pet training device
A local woman has invented a new device that helps pet owners train cats and dogs. Charlene T. created the Pet Control Sound Strip Kit in May. The strip is programmed to discipline pets and has shown positive results. It allows the owner to communicate with the pet. Charlene hopes to have the product in full production soon. The strip is also undergoing licensing and design.
