Wayne V- recently developed the “After Glow Light,” which is available for licensing through Invention Technologies, Coral Gables, Fla. Wayne conceived of the idea in February. It involves a system in which lighting a candle such as a birthday or other occasion candle is simplified when lighting is interfered by the wind or outside elements.
